Just wanna congratulate my fellow starkid and gleek for making the national all girl team of Norway today! So happy for you :)

She was probably crying because the first competition day THIS happened:
All the lights in Milkhouse went off WHILE Maryland Marlins were doing their routine. The music did NOT stop. It wasn’t until the audience were screaming “STOOOOP” until the judges or whoever controls the music, stopped their performance. They got to perform the routine once more after all the teams in their category was finished. Like it wasn’t nerve wrecking enough!
The second competition day THIS happened:
After running tumbling, a girl got seriously hurt and couldn’t continue. She was lying life-less on the mat, no movement at all. The music stopped, the team did not continue the routine and coaches and paramedics ran to the floor to help the wounded athlete. Spotters made a circle around the girl so she wouldn’t be stared at.
After an hour they performed again, for the FOURTH time, with an extra. Brea, the wounded athlete, was sitting in a wheelchair watching them…
Despite all this they got fourth place in Large Senior. RESPECT!
